Simulate Magic Item
Prerequisites: Proficiency in the tools needed to create the chosen item, ability to cast spells, and Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma 13 or higher.
You learned how to improvise magic items using your tools and mundane items.
- Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You may build up to one temporary magic item every long rest you take. The magic imbued will last until you the next time you complete a long a rest, or for one hour after first being used. After this occurs, the item become mundane, and cannot be enchanted again using this ability for one week.
- You spend 10 minutes to create the item, and consume a 4th level spell slot. You can create an amount of items equal to the chosen ability modifier.
A base item is required to create items this way. For example, to create a flying carpet, you need a carpet, etc. Legendary items cannot be created using this feat.
Items with charges, consume an extra level 1 slot for every two charges it will have, rounded down. For example, a wand with 3 charges would consume 1 additional spell slot.
Beginning at level 1, you may create common items; at level 3, you may create uncommon items; at level 6, you may create common items; at level 9, you may create very rare items.
