Prerequisites: Charisma 18 or higher, 6th level bard
You're always spreading sweet lies to those around you, but they don't need to know that.
- Increase Charisma score by 1
- Jack of all trades allow you to add your full proficiency bonus, rather to only half of it, to Charisma checks that don't add your proficiency bonus already.
