General Separatist Droids Traits[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Age. As a droid, you are built mature, and to last. Some have lived up to ten or twelve thousand years, but only in peak conditions. Routine maintenance and avoidance of places like deserts and swamps play a large part in this.
Alignment. While most robots are inherently lawful, especially the mechanical legions of the Separatists, as they are designed to follow orders, some variation remains. Some of the more sentient droids, like the B1 and T Series, seem to lean more into chaotic tendencies, the B2 and IG heavier into lawful, and BX firmly as neutral. These tendencies mostly occur when outside of command.
Size. Size and weight varies heavily from droid to droid, but they all tend to be roughly similar in height. Your size is medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Construct. You are immune to diseases. You do not need to eat or breathe, and you can't ingest food and drinks. You don't need to sleep, and magic can't put you to sleep. Instead of sleeping, you enter an inactive state for 4 hours each day. You do not dream in this state; you are fully aware of your surroundings and notice approaching enemies and other events as normal.
Mendable. If you are at 0 hp and the Mending cantrip is cast on you, you gain 1 hit point.
Natural Armor. Your armor class when not wearing any armor is equal to 12 + your Dexterity modifier. In addition, you cannot wear any armor not specially made for you.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
Subrace. No two types of droid are the same. Choose one of the subraces listed below.

B1-Series Battle Droid[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength, Dexterity, and any one ability score of your choice increase by 1.
Warrior. You learn any one fighting style from the fighter class.
Versatile Purpose. You gain proficiency in any one skill or tool of your choice.

B2-Series Super Battle Droid[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength and Dexterity scores each increase by 1
Super Armor. You gain a +1 to your Armor Class.
Powerful Build. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Wrist Blaster. You have blasters built into your wrists, which can be used as natural weapons. They have a range of 30/60, and do Lightning damage equal to 1d4 + your Dexterity modifier on a hit.
Wrist Rocket. As an action, you can fire a rocket at a target from the Wrist mounted Rocket launcher attached to your other arm. Choose a point you can see within 30 feet of you. All creatures within a 10 foot radius of the point chosen must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 Fire damage. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After you use your Wrist rocket, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.

T-Series Tactical Droid[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence score increases by 2.
Streamlined. You can wear any type of armor you have proficiency in; it doesn't have to be designed for you.
Leader Droid. You are a skilled leader and you are great at telling people what to do. When you use the Help action, you may have it affect one creature up to 30 feet away. You may use this feature again when you finish a short or long rest.
Perfect Records. You internally keep track of some things:

  • You always know the time of day, and which day, month and what year it is.
  • You can accurately recall anything you have seen or heard within the past year.
  • You learn an additional language of your choice.
Armored. You gain a +1 to your Armor Class

BX-Series Droid Commando[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2.
Speed. You are faster than the average human. Your speed is 35
BX Flexible armor. You gain a +1 to your Armor Class
Special Forces. You gain proficiency in any 4 weapons of your choice, or shields and 3 weapons of your choice. Each weapon must be a simple or a martial weapon.
Action Surge. You are designed for the heat of combat. On your turn, you can take one additional action. Once you do so, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
Infiltrator. You gain proficiency in the Stealth skill.

IG-100 MagnaGuards[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 2.
IG-100 Resistant Armor. You gain a +1 to your Armor Class.
Made for Staff Combat. You were designed to use staff like weapons. You have proficiency in Glaives, Halberds, Pikes, and Lances.
Perfectly Trained. You have two superiority dice, which are d6s. A superiority die is expended when you use it. You regain all of your expended superiority dice when you finish a short or long rest. You can use these Superiority dice on maneuvers, two of which you gain from the battle master fighter subclass. The save DC for these maneuvers is 8 + your Proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier(your choice), and you can only use one every time you take the attack action.
