Sentient coconuts look like normal coconuts except they have pink, fleshy arms and legs that protrude through their coconut shell.
Sentient coconuts used to be normal coconuts that have since been transformed by magic. There are a few communities of islanders who purposefully bring sentience to coconuts by performing a ritual that involves watering the trees they grow on with blessed water from Eldath. The coconuts then over time begin to sprout limbs and once they reach adult age they fall from the tree. These islanders then use the sentient coconuts for labor and other tasks.
