Scepter Of The 7 Seas: The Scepter Of The 7 Seas has the ability to spend a standard action in order to spawn a controlled water elemental for it's wielder. Summoning with the scepter provokes attacks of opportunity just like casting a spell does. The Scepter can be used 1/2-Charisma Modifier times per week of the bound person (24h to bind) but you can only have 1 elemental active at a time. The water elemental always goes right after it's master in the turn order. A water elemental can’t venture more than 60 feet from the body of water from which it was conjured, in this case, the scepter. The size of the elemental summoned depends on it's master's character level. It starts at small for level 3 characters and goes up 1 size at levels 6, 10, 14 & 18. The maximum 'size' at level 18 is a Greater Water Elemental.
