Saprolings are small plant creatures that are very mobile. They are spawned by various means, but most of the time, they are summoned and created by powerful fungal mages or druids. They have a multitude of shapes and forms depending on the region and plane they are from. Some take the form of dead logs, mushrooms or twigs, others are a cluster of vines or small animated plants, hiding as flowers or mimicking small predators like snakes or carnivorous plants. Even though they are not strong, saprolings thrive in numbers, being able to easily take over larger creatures by overpowering them. |
