Contracting Salmon-ella[edit]

Upon eating uncooked fish (besides properly prepared sushi) you must make a dc 11 con save or contract this disease, if the fish was rotten, you have a -2 penalty on the save and is it was salmon, you have a -2 penalty on the save (these penalties stack.)

Effects[edit]

Stage 1: Incubation You feel completely fine for 6d20 hours, at the end of which, you progress to stage 2.

Stage 2: Onset You begin feeling nauseous. You gain have a -1 penalty to con saves. This stage lasts for 1d4 rounds, at the end of which you progress to stage 3.

Stage 3: Fishes’ Revenge You begin vomiting live fish. You are stunned during every fourth round. This stage lasts 2d4 hours, at which point, you progress to stage 4.

Stage 4: Heating up You come down with a fever, your vomiting intensities and your nausea worsens. You are now poisoned. You are also stunned during every third round instead of every fourth. This stage lasts 2d6 hours, at which point, you progress to stage 5.

Stage 5: All Fish Hell Breaks Loose You come down with severe diarrhea, pooping out fish eggs constantly. Your vomiting worsens. You become stunned every other round instead of every third round. This stage lasts 1d4+3 days, at the end of which, you recover. At the end of each day you must make a dc 5 con save, gaining a level of exhaustion that cannot be removed while the disease lasts, you make the save with advantage if you are given basic treatment (a success on a dc 10 wisdom [medicine] check).

Treatment[edit]

Salmon-ella can be cured with lesser restoration .
