Ritual Summoner.

Prerequisites: Know at least 1 ritual and the ability to summon at least one creature.
Your knowledge of the rituals when controlling minions has improved exponentially, you have created a great bond with your minions so that you would give your life for them and vice versa.

You can cast rituals ignoring the extra 10 minutes of casting time a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.

Choose one spell with the ritual tag and add it to your spells known.

Creatures you conjure, summon, animate, call, bind, create, transmute, dominate, otherwise create and/or control gain a bonus to Armor Class, attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, and additional hit points equal to your proficiency bonus. When you apply this effect, you must pay hit points equal to your proficiency modifier for each creature (you cannot be killed by this, in which case you are reduced to 1 hit point).

You do not need to maintain concentration to keep a creature controlled (you can only apply this effect to up to 3 creatures).
