Bestows +1 bonus to attack and damage to all creatures, as well as allowing overcoming of damage reduction.
This unusual spell was created by a thrill-seeker or a sadist. When the spell is cast, it creates an area of higher risk and danger. For the duration of the spell, all within the area receive a +1 circumstance bonus to attack and damage rolls. The bonuses are applied to all attacks, whether allies or enemies.
This spell can only be cast using 0 - The Fool as a focus.
