Evasion. When Renga is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.

Ninja Speed. Renga can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action for 2 chakra.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Renga can make 2 unarmed strike or kunai attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Kunai. Thrown Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage. Renga may spend up to 3 chakra when he takes this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit.

Basic Ninjutsu Technique (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Renga can move across liquid surfaces as if they were solid. If he is submerged, he rises to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round.

Transformation (1+ Chakra). Renga becomes identical to a person, creature or non-magical object he has a complete visual image of. This can not be a light source, armor, tool, or vehicle and, and he can not recreate a magical effect. Creatures must make a DC 13 Investigation check realize that he is transformed. If the creature saw him performing the Jutsu, they automatically succeed. This does not change statistics, save for granting the creature's swimming and flying speeds.

Body Flicker (3 Chakra). Renga's movement speed doubles, and his movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Ice Disk (5 Chakra). Renga creates an ice disk that fills a 5 ft. square area within 5 ft. of him that lasts for 5 minutes, concentration. If the ice disk leaves a 30 ft. radius of Renga, this jutsu ends.

Ice Disk: Move. As a bonus action, Renga moves his ice disk up to 60 feet.in a direction of his choice including straight up, and it stays there until it is moved again. He may spend 10 ft. of this movement as part of this bonus action to force one creature within 5 ft. of the disk to succeed a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw with disadvantage or take 11 (2d8 + 2) slashing damage. On a success, they take half as much damage. He may spend 30 ft. of this movement as part of this bonus action to grant any creatures of your choice within 5 ft. of the disk half cover until the beginning of his next turn.

Ice Disk: Destruction Lens (15 Chakra). As a lengthy distracting action while Ice Disk is active and the ice disk is in bright light, Renga designates a 10 ft. radius up to 30 ft. from the disk. At the beginning of his next turn, any creatures within range take 57 (10d10 + 2) magical bludgeoning damage. If Renga or the disk moves before this happens, he regains half this jutsu's cost, and the jutsu fails. A creature wielding a reflective object within the radius, such as a metal shield or another ice disk, may cause this jutsu to target another 10 ft. radius within 30 ft. of them as an action.

REACTIONS

Substitution (3+ Chakra). When Renga is hit by an attack and would take damage, he decreases the damage by 13 (1d10 + 8) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which he takes the Hide action. A generic object is left in his place and he takes any remaining damage from that attack. Renga can reduce this damage by an additional 5 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost.

The eldest sibling of the dreaded Janin, a trio of brothers turned rogue nin including himself, Jiba, and Ruiga, Renga mastered a single Ice Style technique to terrifying proficiency. When the three singlehandedly invaded the Land of Vegetables and murdered the daimyo and his court, including those that had backed their invasion, leaving the daimyo's daughter Haruna as the sole legitimate claimant of the throne. When she hired a team of genin from the Hidden Leaf Village under the guise of a simple merchant escort to reduce the cost to something her few possessions could afford, the Janin believed their overconfidence in the genins' abilities would be their downfall, concentrating what few dissidents they still needed to deal with. After the deaths of his brothers, he made his own attack on the group. While he was able to keep Naruto on the backfoot, Naruto was able to turn his ultimate technique back on Renga using his forehead protector, eventually killing him.
