Class Skills (4 + Int modifier per level, ×4 at 1st level)
All of the following are class features of the Ragnarok.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: An Ragnarok is proficient with all simple and martial weapons, light armor, medium armor, and shields (except tower shields).
Sindri's Tokens (Ex): At first level, the Ragnarok is granted tokens of favor from Sindri. He may call forth weapons from his own body, using his blood to mimick great weapons from Norse Mythology. He is granted four weapons of choice. Surtr's Blade, Thor's Hammer, Loki's Scepter, and Ull's Shield. Each weapon has it's own unique set of skills and assets. No matter what size the weapon is, it is always considered a light weapon. The weapon chosen is considered a natural weapon for purposes of type, but may not be wielded at the same time as other weapons or actions, still being treated as a weapon of its previous category. The damage of this weapon is irrelevant, as it deals damage according to the monks unarmed strike, also indicated on Table: The Ragnarok even if that damage indicated is lower then normal. It cannot be dropped, only dematerialized at will or when sleeping. The following weapon is treated as a +1 weapon of ordinary make, except that the Ragnarok is already proficient with them.
In addition, you gain Weapon Focus for the respective weapon chosen, and you may add both your dexterity and constitution modifier in addition to what you normally would for special attacks, such as sunder, disarm, etc;
Surtr's Blade (Ex): At first level, the Ragnarok can craft a sword-like protrusion that extends out of the Ragnarok's wrist.
Thor's Hammer (Ex): At first level, the Ragnarok can craft a hammer-like protrusion that extends out of the Ragnarok's wrist.
Loki's Scepter (Ex): At first level, the Ragnarok can craft a scepter-like protrusion that extends out of the Ragnarok's wrist.
Ull's Shield (Ex): At first level, the Ragnarok can craft a shield-like protrusion that extends across the Ragnarok's arm.
Wayland's Forge (Ex): At 1st level, 5th level, and every 5 levels after Wayland the Blacksmith improves the weapons granted from Sindri's Tokens. These weapons now reflect the gods weapons and their power.
Surtr's Blade: The blade now resembles a twisted black longsword, burning black with flames. Surtr's Blade functions similarly to a +5 returning throwing greatsword. Instead of the normal benefit of the throwing weapon special ability, Sword of Wrath can be thrown with a 25-foot range increment. Additionally, whenever Sword of Wrath strikes a foe, the target must succeed at a DC 20 Reflex save or take an additional 5d6 points of fire damage. If the sword scores a critical hit, it explodes in a fireball centered on the wielder’s opponent. All creatures within the fireball’s 20-foot-radius spread—including Sword of Wrath’s wielder and allies, if within range—take 10d6 points of fire damage (DC 25 Reflex for half). The wielder has no control over the sword’s eruption and cannot prevent it from exploding.
Thor's Hammer: The Hammer now has a light mithral head with small sparks of electricity running through the weapon. The hammer becomes a +5 cleaving thundering shocking burst warhammer with the following property. The hammer weighs roughly 2 tons for anyone other than the wielder. Anyone attempting to lift it needs the appropriate carry capacity to do so. Additionally, the weapon allows the wielder to cast lightning bolt three times per day, and call lightning once per day.
Loki's Scepter: The Scepter now becomes a twisted white branch with a obsidian gemstone in the top. The scepter becomes a +3 keen alchemical silver/+2 humanbane quarterstaff also allows use of the following spells as supernatural abilities:
Magic missile At Will
Dominate person At Will
Dimension door At Will
Suggestion At Will
Mass suggestion At Will
Contact other plane At Will
Ull's Shield: Ull's shield becomes a large tower shield that almost seems to drift back and forth between this realm and the ethereal one. It is made of astral driftmetal and gives 25% chance of blocking incorporeal attacks. It also grants the following continuous effects to the wearer:
Shield, as the spell (Note that the shield bonus granted by this effect does not stack with the shield bonus granted by the tower shield itself. However, it applies fully against incorporeal touch attacks and protects against magic missile in the manner of the Shield spell) Mage Armor, as the spell Shield of Faith, as the spell In addition, five times per two weeks, the user can cast Stoneskin at a caster level of 7.
Improved Multiattack (Ex): Making the most out of the weapons given, the Ragnarok has Improved Multiattack using his full Strength bonus to attacks with all attacks.
Bonus Feat: At first level and every iteration of 3 afterwards, the Ragnarok gains a bonus feat.
Baldur's Fortification (Ex): At 1st level, the Ragnarok has exceedingly strong resilience and fortitude, their very skin granting them extra protection from blades and arrows. This ability grants them a Natural Armor Bonus equal to (+1 for every 5 levels(Max +5) + their Constitution Modifier). If they have a pre-existing natural armor, this adds to it. If their constitution modifier is equal to 0 or less, they gain at least 1 point anyways.
Odin's Rage (Ex): At 1st level, the Ragnarok's ability to truly embody rage and power becomes apparent. This raging raw power allows them to perform amazing feats of strength. They gain Rage at 1st Level, Greater Rage at 11th Level, Tireless Rage at 17th Level, and Mighty Rage at 20th Level. This acts as a rage except any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills, the Concentration skill, or any abilities that require patience or concentration, spells activating magic items that require a command word, a spell trigger (such as a wand), or spell completion (such as a scroll) can still be used.
- At 4th level: Your Attack is treated as Magic for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.
- At 7th level: Your Attack is treated as Cold Iron and Silver for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction.
- At 10th level: Your Attack is treated as Chaotic Aligned for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction.
- At 14th level: Your Attack is treated as Adamantine for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction.
Freya's Gift: The Ragnarok gains a +2 to Strength, Dexterity and Constitution permanently. These are gained first at 1st level, then once every three levels thereafter.
Uncanny Dodge (Ex): At 2nd level, an Ragnarok retains his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if he is caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, he still loses his Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. If the Ragnarok already has uncanny dodge from a different class, he automatically gains improved uncanny dodge instead.
Hod's Arrow (Ex): At second level, Hod grants you the ability to fire a Bolt made out of blood from their fingertips. The Bolt does damage based as though it were a bolt fired from a crossbow of the correct type based on your level.
Hariasa's Power (Ex): At 5 level, Hariasa grants you improved cunning in war, allowing you to wield two of your Sindri's Tokens at a time.
Brokkr's Favor (Ex): At 10th level, Brokkr grants you the ability to take unclaimed weapons and wield them as Sindr's tokens or as Hod's Arrow. Whenever you find a weapon without a legitimate owner, you may absorb the weapon into your body, granting you the effects of the weapon based on the category it would fall under. The weapon would then add in it's abilities as well as the abilities prior to the absorption.
