Pull of Acherus (5e Spell)

Coils of black leap from the shadows, grasping at people, pulling them in. Choose a point of darkness and a creature within range. They must succeed a Dexterity saving throw, or are pulled up to that point of darkness. While the spell is active, you may use a bonus action to do this again.
Creatures can decide to fail the save, if they wish.
