Plasma grenades explode with a destructive blast of ionized, superheated plasma-state matter, causing serious electrical burns.

As an action, you can throw a plasma grenade at a point up to 60 feet away. Each creature within 20 feet of an exploding plasma grenade must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 12d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
