Pinner (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
You have mastered the art of pinning people into walls with a toss of a knife or a shot from a bow. When you make a ranged attack against a creature no larger than Large size with a bow or a thrown dagger, you can choose to attempt to pin them. There must be a wall or a similar hard obstacle 5 feet behind the creature for you to use this feat. Both you and the creature must make a Dexterity roll. If the result of your roll is higher than the creature's, the creature is restrained and must make a Strength saving throw with a DC of 15 to break free. Once you have used this feat, you can't use it again until your next turn.
