Way of Yin and Yang[edit]

The way of the Yin and Yang is an ancient way of fighting where you sharpen your senses and your body.

Yin and Yang

At 3rd level, you gain the ability to sharpen your mind and body. Choose two skills that you are proficient in and gain expertise in those skills.

Additionally, you learn the ancient technique of Yin and Yang. As a bonus action, you may spend 1 ki to gain a +1 bonus to all your attack and damage roll with your unarmed strikes or monk weapon attacks. This effect lasts for 10 minutes and this feat cannot stack with itself.

When you reach 6th level, you may spend up to 2 ki to gain a bonus to all your attack and damage roll made with your unarmed strikes or monk weapon attacks equal to the number of ki spent. Additionally you may spend up to 3 ki starting at 11th level, and 4 ki at 17th level.

Body and Soul

When you reach 6th level, you gain proficiency in the Perception and if you already have gain expertise in it. Additionally you may spend 1 ki to gain advantage on any rolls that you have expertise in and this last for 10 minutes.

Thanks to the Trance

Also at 6th level, instead of sleeping, you gain the ability to meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.

Finally, when you finish a short rest, you can regain hit points equal to your monk level in additionally to your using a hit dice to regain hit points. You may use this feature equal to your monk level, regain all uses after a long rest.

Divine Body

Starting at 11th level, as a bonus action, you can spend 1 or 2 ki to cover your feet with the power of Yin and Yang. For 10 minutes, your walking speed is increase by 10 feet. If you spend 2 ki, you also become under the effects of the blur spell for 10 minutes.

Additionally, you can spend 2 ki to cast either darkness or silence spells, without material components and concentration.

Perfect Body

At 17th level, you can combine the power of Yin and Yang to create an aura that radiates shade of black and white. As a bonus action, you can spend 4 ki to manifest this aura. While you are in the aura, you gain a +3 bonus to AC, a +2 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls, and your walking speed is increased by 20 feet. The aura lasts for 10 minutes but you can increase the duration by 10 minutes if you spend 1 ki.

Once this feature ends you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.

NOTE

Every Ki point that is locked because of your Yin / Yang aura needs at least 8 hours of meditation (resting) to restore. This bonus drops to 4 Hours if you have the Thanks to the Trance ability. There is no other way of regaining these Ki Points.
