Saving Throws Str +19, Con +19, Wis +12 Charge. If the pachyrhino moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a ram attack on the same turn, the target t must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is knocked prone, the pachyrhino can make either a stomp or ram attack as a bonus action. Sure-Footed. The pachyrhino has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws made against effects that would knock it prone. ACTIONSMultiattack. The Pachyrhino makes two attacks: one with its stomp and one with its tail. Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: (4d8 + 9) bludgeoning damage. If target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the creature is already prone any hit with this attack counts as a critical hit. Ram. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. "Hit:" (2d20 + 9) bludgeoning damage.

Pachyrhinosaurus is the only ceratopsian that is exclusive to polar and sub-polar climates. These herbivores are unique amongst their ceratopsian brethren due to the lack of a nasal horn. While not the most social of ceratopsians, they still do form small herds of 7 to 12 members, they do it from protection from predators such as Gorgosaurus. |
