Wondrous item, Very rare This book contains notes on how to build up your health and stamina, and its words are charged with magic. If you spend a week worth of hours over a period of one month or fewer studying the contents of this opus and practicing its guidelines, your Constitution score increases by 5, as does your maximum for that score. The opus then loses its magic, but regains it in a thousand years. |
