The ooze spider is an odd creature formed by an ooze that joins loose debris together to form its body. Using lose stones and inorganic material, it gives itself a degree of protection at the cost of being unable to efficiently squeeze through small spaces like normal, more formless oozes. While they pose little threat on their own, their swarms are formidable. Armed with an acidic bite, swarms of these spiders drop on enemies and swarm their orifices to attack the soft parts and chemically mutilate unsuspecting victims. In its latent state, the spider ooze looks like a pile of nondescript stones, indistinguishable from natural phenomena. While active, the ooze binding its body forms a bit of color.
