Chakra. The lion-turtle has 22 chakra points. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Endurance. When the lion-turtle is targeted by an area effect that lets it make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails the save.

Ninja Speed. The lion-turtle can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The lion-turtle can make 2 unarmed strike attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (3d4 + 4) magical bludgeoning damage.

Fire Breath (4 Chakra). Every creature within a 30 ft. line mist attempt a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 15 (2d6 + 8) fire damage. On a success, they take half as much damage.

Steam Breath (4 Chakra). Every creature within a 5 ft. radius mist attempt a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 15 (2d6 + 8) fire damage. On a success, they take half as much damage.

Merge (12 Chakra). One creature within 5 ft. of the lion-turtle merges with it. The lion-turtle acts on their turn, any damage they take is dealt to the lion-turtle instead, their movement speed is reduced to 0 but move when the lion-turtle moves, they gain the lion-turtle's features, and their AC becomes the lion-turtles if it is higher than their own. This effect ends if the creature is moved out of the lion-turtle's space, if the lion-turtle is teleported by any means, or if 1 hour passes.

REACTIONS

Spiny Defense (2 Chakra). When the lion-turtle is targeted by a melee attack from a creature within 5 ft., it makes an unarmed strike against the attacker.

Much like San's bird, Ni possesses two ninken that have been enhanced with technology by Hiruko's Chimera Technique, including armor plating and natural Fire Style abilities similar to the Hozuki Hounds.
