Neural Melter (5e Feat)

Prerequisites: Intelligence 17 or higher and Charisma 13 or higher, Mind's Eye, and must be a Fairy, 2nd Variant (mind)
You have sharpened your psionic ability until it cuts like a sword, and have focused it to strike as true as a magic missile, weaponizing your own mind. You gain the following benefits:
- On your turn as an action, you may target a creature you can see within 60 feet of you and make an Insight check. The target then makes a Wisdom saving throw, using the result of your check as the DC. On a failed save, the target takes psychic damage equal to 1d4 + your Intelligence modifier + your Charisma modifier and you may use your reaction to cause the target to become incapacitated until the start of your next turn. Once you have used this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.
