Naganadel (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
Large aberration, neutral
Beast Boost. When Naganadel reduces a hostile creature to 0 hit points, the attack bonus for its dragon pulse and gunk shot attacks increases by 2, and it deals an additional 3d6 poison damage on a hit. This bonus is cumulative, but resets when Naganadel takes a long rest.
Dragon Pulse. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 100/300 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) force damage plus 18 (4d6 + 4) poison damage, and the creature must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
Gunk Shot (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: The target is restrained by poisonous goo. While restrained in this way, a creature is poisoned, and takes 14 (4d6) poison damage at the start of each of its turns. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 14 Strength check, bursting the substance on a success. The substance can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).
Naganadel superficially resembles a giant wasp in shape, but the similarities end there. Naganadel is an incredibly fast and deadly dragon-like creature that sprays an adhesive and highly poisonous substance to destroy its foes.
