Double Metamagic Feat Placement [General, Metamagic]

You are now able to place a metamagic feat on a spell twice.

Prerequisite: None

Benefit: You are able to place the same feat twice on any spell as many times per wisdom modifer

Normal: You can only usually place it once on a spell.
