Mountain Orc[edit]

Bigger, stronger orcs.

Physical Description[edit]

Mountain orcs stand 7-9 feet tall and weigh from 350 to well over 500 pounds, with males being on the larger side and females considerably smaller. Males usually have beards or some kind of facial hair. The coloration of their skin ranges from grey to green.they have short tusks on their mouths.they are usually very muscular and tower over most other races.

History[edit]

Mountain orcs are believed to have descended from giants.and are only loosely related to true orcs and look much different.they created small villages at first and slowly grew into bigger tribes.

Society[edit]

Mountain orcs usually live in small tribes of 20-150 orcs and up to 20 slaves, the chief is decided by a duel.the challenger and the current chief fight to the death to decide. mountain orcs are raiders and plunder other villages for slaves,food and money.they are constantly fighting amongst themselves sometimes killing up to ten of there own tribe every day.for this reason they will never have a significent impact on other societies.

Mountain Orc Traits[edit]

Bigger, stronger orcs from mountain regions.
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength increases by 2 and your Constitution score increases by 1.
Age. Mountain orcs reach maturity around the age of 16 and can live 120-150 years.
Alignment. Mountain orcs tend to be any chaotic alignment.
Size. Mountain orcs average 7-9 feet in height and 350-500 pounds. Your size is Large.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Menacing. You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill.
Aggressive. As a bonus action, you can move up to your movement speed toward a hostile creature you can see or hear. You must end this move closer to the enemy than you started.
Mountain Survivalist. You are particularly familiar with mountainous terrain and are adept at traveling and surviving in such regions. When you make an Intelligence or Wisdom check related to mountainous terrain, your proficiency bonus is doubled if you are using a skill that you're proficient in.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Orcish.
