Features.

Echolocation: The moth can't use its blindsight while deafened.


Flyby: The moth does not provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.


Spider Climb: The moth can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.


Actions.

Proboscis. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 1 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.


Familiar.

With the DM's permission, the find familiar spell can summon a moth.
