Momentum Striker (5e Feat)

Momentum Striker

You are adept in using momentum to enhance your strikes. If you travel at least 10 feet in a straight line towards a target and immediately make a melee attack against that target, you gain a +1 to the damage roll of that attack for every 10 feet you've traveled in that line this round.

If you use the attack action to make this melee attack, you may choose to replace that attack with a special melee attack, a tackle. To do so, you must have one free hand and the target must be no more than one size larger than you. You make a Strength (Athletics) check contested by the target's Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check, adding the bonus you get from the first part of this feat. If you succeed, you subject the target to the grappled condition and you and the target go flying half the distance traveled and land prone. If you fail, you go flying half the distance traveled and land prone.
