Master Haggler

Prerequisites: Charisma 15 or Higher
You are an expert in talking others into giving you great deals.

• Whenever you want to buy something, you can spend 1 minute haggling with the seller to reduce the price of all goods by 10% or spend 1 hour to reduce the price by 25%. You both must be able to speak a shared language and must be able to pay the full price immediately.

• Whenever you want to sell something, you can spend 1 minute haggling with an interested buyer to increase the price of all goods by 10% or spend 1 hour to increase the price by 25%. You both must be able to speak a shared language and must be able to accept the full price immediately.

• Once per long rest, you may analyze any item to learn its standard market value.

• Learn a standard language you do not already know.
