Martiver Caex is the current ruling member of the House of Caex, and as such, the ruling leader of Talara.

Dual Life

The reclusive member of the House of Caex seems to be up to something more than the public notices, and he is. Plotting to unroot the Radiant Dragons who have called the Island of Hesjing home for centuries and who put the House of Caex into power, and is secretly evil and planning to take over as King of all the nations.
