Malignus (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
Small monstrosity, unaligned
Multiattack. The malignus makes four implement attacks.
Implement. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) damage.
Parry. The malignus adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the malignus must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Within its bulbous head, a malignus houses feeding implements grown from metallic elements in its diet, replacing them as they slowly rust in its own caustic bodily fluids. It may have anywhere from three to twelve tightly coiled, wickedly armed tentacles, each reinforced with internal metallic cables and densely packed rings of muscle strong enough to drive one of its saws, hooks, knives or clippers through even the toughest bone plating. Only capable of movement in awkward, bird-like hops, the malignus prefers to lie in ambush, perching itself in rafters or even burying itself in loose soil.
