Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

These three small, intricately crafted charms are made of a shimmering blue material that seems to glow with an inner light. Each charm has a unique symbol on it: a wave, a seashell, and a starfish.

While wearing or carrying all three Magical Charms, the attuned user gains the following abilities:

Amphibious. The user can breathe underwater as easily as they breathe air, and can move and act normally while submerged.

Speak with Sea Creatures. The user can communicate with any sea creature, including fish, dolphins, and even intelligent aquatic beings.

Aquatic Agility. The user gains a swimming speed of 30 feet and can move through water with ease, ignoring any difficult terrain caused by water.

You can use an action to activate an individual charm, but its effect is weaker and lasts for a shorter duration. The charm's effect lasts for 1 minute and can't be used again until dawn.

Charm of the Wave:. The user gains a swimming speed of 20 feet and can move through water with ease, ignoring any difficult terrain caused by water.

Charm of the Seashell. The user can breathe underwater for 1 minute.

Charm of the Starfish. The user gains the ability to speak with sea creatures for 1 minute.
