A magic key is a gold skeleton key with a plain shaft. When a magic key is held up to a lock for one uninterrupted round, the shaft of the key morphs into whatever key is necessary to open the lock. After the key is used to open the lock, it breaks for no apparent reason, rendering the key absolutely useless. Magic keys cannot open locks that are magical and/or have magical enhancements.
