You channel the power of a cosmic force, called the Mouth of Madness, into a small, yet disturbing, fake mouth.
You replicate the spell magic mouth, except that the mouth may speak on your command (standard action) or if triggered under conditions that you decide, affecting one target in 20 feet (6 meters).
The target hears words in an eldritch language and must pass a Will save to not be dazed for one round.
The mouth may use this power three times before disappearing. It lasts one minute per level.
This is a mind-affecting effect.
