Language Barrier

Prerequisites: Ability to speak an exotic language.

  • You can gain advantage on any saving throw against a spell with a verbal component you can hear and understand. You can use this trait a number of times equal to the number of languages you know. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Gain resistance to magical damage based on the exotic languages you can speak fluently.

  • Abyssal: Cold
  • Celestial: Radiant
  • Draconic: Thunder
  • Deep Speech: Psychic
  • Infernal: Fire
  • Primordial: Force
  • Sylvan: Acid
  • Undercommon: Necrotic
