Spider Climb. Kumo can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Web Sense. While in contact with a web, Kumo knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.

Web Walker. Kumo ignores Movement restrictions caused by webbing.

Woodmail. Kumo has a protective armor called Woodmail that adds ten to his natural armor, at the cost of giving him a vulnerability to fire.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 42 (8d8 + 6) slashing damage.

Crush. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 60 (10d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage. Target must then make a DC 16 Strength save or take another 16 (2d10+5) bludgeoning damage.

Web (Recharge 6): Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30/60 ft., 15 ft. sphere. Hit: The targets are Restrained by webbing. As an action, the Restrained target can make a DC 16 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage). Miss: The targets must make a DC 16 Constitution save. If they fail, then they fall asleep.


Kumo

Kumo is a spirit of chaos that opposes all celestial beings. It will often bite at its victims for a quick nibble, only resorting to crushing when he either confronts bigger enemies or when pushed to a corner. Is said to have a rivalry with Long Ma.
