Undead Nature. Kuchisake-Onna has advantage on saving throws against diseases or being poisoned.

Hard to Kill(1/Long Rest). If Kuchisake-Onna is reduced to 0 hit points, she can choose to be reduced to 1 hit point instead even if the damage would kill her outright.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Kuchisake-Onna makes two attacks with it's unarmed strike or Scissors.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10 +2) bludgeoning damage + 6 (1d12) necrotic damage.

Scissors. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage + 7 (1d4 + 5) necrotic damage.

Innate Domain. As an action for 5 cursed energy, Kuchisake-Onna traps one creature of her choice within 30ft. of her into her innate domain for 1 minute. Inside, neither her or the creature can take any hostile action. She will ask the creature: "Am I pretty?" After the creature responds, they must then make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they take 50 (20d4) slashing damage and are stunned until the beginning of Kuchisake-Onna's next turn as thousands of scissors slash through them. On a success, they take half as much damage and are not stunned. The innate domain ends right after they answer her question.

Kuchisake-Onna asking if she is pretty, [1]

Kuchisake-Onna is an imaginary vengeful cursed spirit born from the urban legend of Kuchisake-Onna. According to legend, Kuchisake-Onna was a woman who was mutilated during her life, with her mouth being slit from ear to ear.

Kuchisake-Onna became one of Suguru's cursed spirits after being absorbed by him. During the star plasma vessel retrieval, due to unforseen events she was summoned by him to battle against Toji. During Suguru's battle with Toji, Kuchisake Onna trapped the Sorcerer Killer in her innate domain and asked him if she was pretty, Toji replied that she isn't his type, upsetting her. The domain was released and several floating scissors were summoned in close proximity to Toji's body, ready to sheer him into pieces. However, Toji effortlessly deflected all the blades with the Inverted Spear of Heaven, surprising the vengeful spirit.

Suguru attempted to absorb Toji's inventory cursed spirit but failed due to their master and servent relationship. Immediately after, Toji cuts down both Suguru and Kuchisake-Onna, exorcising her and defeating the curse manipulator.
