Adaptive Form A kismekilyu maintains an illusionary form, one that appeals romantically and sexually to whoever sees it. Anyone incapable of both romantic and sexual attraction, or anyone who succeeds a Investigation check with a DC of 18, will see the Kismekilyu through its form. The Kimsekilyu cannot control this illusion, only turn it on and off. The illusion is also broken if the Kismekilyu takes damage.

Alluring Aura A kismekilyu, when taking on an illusionary form, will emit pheromones that appeal to whoever sees it. For every hour a target spends near the Kimsekilyu while it maintains its illusion, they must make a Wisdom save with a DC of 12 + X or receive an Allure point, where X is the number of Allure points the target already has. All Allure points are lost if the target has a long rest away from the Kimsekilyu, or if the Kimsekilyu dies. Once you reach the maximum amount of 8 Allure points, you become charmed by the Kismekilyu until you lose an Allure point. You can make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 20 every hour to lose your 8th Allure point.

Life Force Drain All unarmed attacks the kimsekilyu makes heals it for half as much as damage dealt. If a kismekilyu kills a target by causing it to reach 6 levels of exhaustion, it gains either 20 hit points, or half as many hit points as the target had remaining; whichever is lower. It also learns all languages the creature knew.

Iron Weakness A Kismekilyu takes an additional 3 (1d6) necrotic damage from weapons and ammunition made of pure iron.

Draining Grab Melee Unarmed Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) necrotic damage and the target becomes grappled with an escape DC of 12 + the number of Allure points the target has.

Kiss. Melee Unarmed Attack: Constitution save with a DC of 18, reach 0 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 3) necrotic damage, and the target gains one Allure point. Can only be used against grappled targets. If the target has at least 5 Allure points, this also inflicts one level of exhaustion.

A kismekilyu is a seductive fey who lure unwary travellers to their death by draining their life force. While their illusions usually make them look beautiful, the true form of a kimsekilyu is a tall, spindly creature with black skin and long limbs, as well as a misshapen orange head. A kismekilyu must only feed off the life force of one sapient creature every month, but some have competitive, gluttonous streaks and like to take risks to lure entire parties to their deaths.
