Creatures without levels in the Jujutsu Sorcerer class or who cannot see into the ethereal plane cannot see you. Although, if these creatures were in a life and death situation(less than half their maximum hit points), they gain the ability to see you.

Revenge. When someone hits Kashima Reiko, she can choose to make her next attack against them with advantage.

Not Going Down. When Kashima Reiko is reduced to 0 hit points, she may fall to 1 hit point instead. This can be used once per battle.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The Kashima Reiko can take 1 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Kashima Reiko regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Non-Lethal Domain (30 Cursed energy) Once Kashima Reiko is at half of her hp, her non-lethal simple domain is expanded trapping everyone in combat. Once active, no acts of violence are allowed. Those who attempt violence are instantly subjected to the curse's consequences, facing the wrath of Kashima Reiko. The prohibition of violence extends to all beings within the domain, not ending until the condition is fulfilled. All creatures must make a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw, once she imposes the question "Do you know where my legs are?". On a success, the target is unaffected and answers with "Your legs are at the Meishin Expressway". On a failure, the target is afflicted by the curse, as they are instantly sliced in half taking 4d12 + 25 slashing damage. If the slashing damage reduces the creature to 0 hit points, they are considered dead on the spot. Once the Domain ends, the creatures that survived they gain temporary hit points equal to their level and advantage on saving throws for the next hour.

Alternative Ruling If a creature has learned about Kashima Reiko, they are considered cursed. The cursed individual has one month to find the whereabouts of Kashima Reiko's legs and provide the correct answer when confronted. If the creature is under this rule, the domain starts as soon as the creature encounters her.

Additionally, creatures may chant "Kamen Shinin Ma" in order to break out of the domain if they make a DC 18 perception check once the domain is active. On a success, the creature escapes.

Kashima Reiko after finding her target,[1]

Teke Teke (テケテケ;てけ てけ), also spelled Teke-Teke, Teketeke, or Teke teke, is a Japanese urban legend about the ghost of a schoolgirl who is said to have fallen onto a railway line under the overpass, where her body was cut in half by a train. She is an onryō, or a vengeful spirit, who lurks in urban areas and around train stations at night. Since she no longer has a lower body, she travels on her hands, dragging her upper torso and making a scratching or "teke teke"-like sound, produced either by her elbows or the end of her bisected body scraping the ground. If she encounters an individual, she will chase them and slice them in half at the waist, killing them in such a way that mimics her own disfigurement.

One version of the story concerns a young woman known as Kashima Reiko. As with the original iteration of the legend, Kashima died when her legs were severed from her body by a train after she fell on the tracks.According to some sources, some versions of the legend state that, when an individual learns of Kashima's story, she will appear to them within one month. The "Kashima Reiko" story predates that of Teke Teke. The legless spirit of Kashima Reiko is said to haunt bathroom stalls, asking occupants if they know where her legs are. If a questioned individual replies with an answer that Kashima does not find acceptable, she will rip or cut slice them in half. Individuals may survive the encounter by replying that her legs are on the Meishin Expressway, or by responding with the phrase "kamen shinin ma", or "mask death demon" (which may be the phonetic root of Kashima's name). The legend of Kashima Reiko has been described as a "bathroom-centric variation" of Teke Teke.

Not Canon The Kashima Reiko Curse is not an official cursed spirit demonstrated in the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise, it was completely made up by the people working behind this supplement. It is intended to populate campaigns in an absence of enough official material, and as such was properly balanced for any DM to use in their Jujutsu Campaign.
