Wondrous item, legendary (major) (requires attunement) An opaque blue crystal, roughly the size of a child's fist. The jagged nature reveals sparks of energy on the inside, as the small golden hoop around the center orbits freely. Immediately after attunement, the Jewel of Mastery flies up and embeds itself within the users forehead, jutting out like a horn. Your Proficiency bonus increases by 1 while the gem remains in your head. |
