Spellcasting. The Jester is an 18th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma. The Jester can cast hideous laughter and magic mouth at will and has the following spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): acid splash, friends, minor illusion, vicious mockery
Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
The Jester is a mad bard from the province of Gotham who seeks to delve the realms into chaos. Decked out in a motley, as well as a cap and bells, Jester hides several weapons on his person and his deck of cards which he uses as a spellcasting focus. A trickster as well as a violent murderer, he has made the enemy of The Bat Knight, who has been chasing him for years now. He has manipulated many into his cause, including a pack of gnolls and a woman called The Harlequin.
