- Duration Equal to your Charisma Modifier
- When Spoken Normally
Your words free your target from many impediments, allowing them to slip from any constraint.
- Your target can move and attack normally regardless of difficult terrain, restraints, or magical effects.
- When Spoken In Reverse
Your words cause black tentacles to grow from the ground and clutch at the feet of your enemy, preventing it from moving anywhere.
- Your target cannot move from the space it currently occupies. As an action, the target may attempt to break free with a Strength save. You cannot target a flying creature.
