Stub Logo.png This page is incomplete and/or lacking flavor. Reason: Iron Bane mentions an inability to freeze, but freeze isn't mentioned anywhere else. Is this frozen body? Frozen body should either round up or down for wood elves and the like. Missing a description. 10:36, 23 March 2025 (UTC)

Frozen Body. The icris is made of ice. If the icris chooses so, a creature that touches the icris or hits it with a melee attack, while within 5 feet of it, must make a Constitution saving throw. The target takes 2d6 cold damage and halves their speed until their next turn on a failure.

Flyby. The icris doesn't provoke an opportunity attack when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Pounce. If the icris moves at least 10 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 1d6 bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 23 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the icris can make another claw attack against it as a bonus action.

Iron Bane. When the icris is in contact with iron metal, they are weakened greatly. Their flight speed becomes 0 feet, and their walking speed becomes 5 feet. They can no longer use their ice bolt attack, nor freeze things with their touch.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The icris makes two attacks: one with its bite, and one with its claw.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 64 (16d8 + 8) piercing damage and 3 (1d6) fire damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 64 (16d6 + 8) slashing damage.

Ice Bolt (Recharge 3-6). The icris exhales a bolt that expands into a 40-foot cone as it moves forwards. Each creature in that area must make a DC Dexterity saving throw, taking 104 (2d100 + 8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
