Laid Doll

History

A laid doll is created via the rope-making process known as laying. When laying a doll, one must be highly skilled in not only the art but also in animation magic though, few dolls are made in this way as this method of creation was invented by the great witch Ranni and its exact methods are greatly unknown. All dolls are created for a reason, whether it be to serve a master, perform a task, or in order to extend one's life. Dolls created to serve often outlive those they serve and are either decommissioned or secretly integrated into society.

Physical Description

A laid doll is internally composed of hemp held together by magical means. Pysicaly every doll is different, depending on what its creator desires.
