This awkward helm of metal and crystal appears as an overbalanced jumble of crystals and wires. The helm itself alters the abilities of the wearer. A wearer may voluntarily put on this helm and change himself as described in psychic reformation. The process itself is difficult on the wearer, taking an hour to work. Afterward, the subject must sleep for eight hours. The wearer pays the XP cost of the reformation.
