Helgot Servant (5e Creature)

Impenetrable Mind. The servant has advantage on saving throws against any attack that would attempt to read its thoughts, determine its alignment, or otherwise affect its mind. If the servant succeeds on any such save, the creature which imposed the saving throw takes 1d4 + 1 psychic damage.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
Pain Shift. Trigger: the helgot servant takes damage from a melee attack from a creature within 5 feet. Reaction: The triggering creature must make a DC cha saving throw or take 5 (2d4) psychic damage and become grappled by the helgot servant.
A normal human being enslaved by the venom of the helgot, forced into servitude as a mindless husk.
