Weapon (glaive), legendary (major) (requires attunement) A favored tool of the demon lord Baphomet, Heartcleaver was originally a weapon designed in the deepest armouries of the Nine Hells. However, after a decisive raid, he claimed it and all of it's other copies, free to corrupt and manipulate every version as he saw fit. You have a +2 to attack and damage rolls with this oversized weapon. When you hit a creature with Heartcleaver, at the start of their next turn, they take 1d12 necrotic damage, and do so again on their next turn after. |
