Healing Touch [Class]

You can channel your magic to heal your allies.
Prerequisite: Cha 15, any arcane class
Benefit: You can use the healing touch power as a daily power.
Healing Touch Feat Power
You channel your power into an ally, directing it with your mind to heal their wounds.
Daily Star.gif Arcane, Healing
Minor Action Melee touch
Target: One creature
Effect: You spend a healing surge, but regain no hit points. Instead, the target regains hit points as if it had spent a healing surge. You must have a healing surge remaining to use this power.
Special: You can use this power a number of times per day equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). You must take the Healing Touch feat to use this power.
