Hand-Clock of Time (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunment by a creature with 13 or higher Intelligence)

This golden hand clock has two buttons on top of it, and the screen over the clock face can be opened and the arms can be moved, the clock also measures the time perfectly. This clock has 15 charges, and regains 3d4 + 2 expended charges daily at dawn.

Time Blast. As an action, you can spend 3 charges to shoot a beam of green light out of the hand-clock. The stroke of green lines forms a 60 feet long and 5 feet wide line blasts out from you in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 4d10 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Time Pulse. As an action, you can spend 5 charges to have the clock release a large pulse of energy on a point you can see within 120 feet of you. A 20 foot radius area around the point you have chosen has its time warped. Each creature in the area must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 6d10 force damage on a failed save and loses their reaction until their next turn, or half as much damage and don't lose their reaction on a successful one.

Memory Change. As an action, you spend 5 charges to cast the modify memory spell with a spell save DC of 19.

Time Prediction. You can slightly peek into the future at all times. You can not be surprised, have advantage on saving throws from traps, and while holding the hand-clock, you gain a +1 bonus to your AC.

Time Freeze. As an action, you spend 9 charges to cast the time stop spell.
