Arcane Bypass. The kusk's attacks ignore AC bonuses and damage resistances and immunities granted by spells and other magical effects.

Regeneration. The kusk regains 5 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.

Unending Fortitude. If damage reduces the kusk to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is from a critical hit. On a success, the kusk drops to 1 hit point instead.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage and the kusk regains hit points equal to the damage dealt.

Organ Toss. Range Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 60/90 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage and 7 (3d4) poison damage and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of its next turn. Hit or Miss: The kusk loses 10 hit points.

BONUS ACTIONS

Aggressive. The kusk moves up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.

REACTIONS

Leprotic Blood. If a creature within 5 feet of the kusk hits it with a melee attack, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of its next turn.

Humanoid beings whose bodies and minds have been twisted by Genlawer's hunger. Their organs, barring their stomachs, have shrivelled up into nothingness. Their mouths and eyes have enlarged and widened, and their skin constantly secretes a thick oily mucus, and their hands and feet have regressed into sharp spikes. They travel around into small packs, consuming whatever they can fit into their mouths, including each other, should they get hungry about.
These greater kusks in particular have feasted on other kusks, usually those they have been travelling with, and have grown in both size and power.
