Spellcasting The cultist is a 4th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 12, +4 to hit with spell attacks). The cultist can cast invisibility at will and has the following wizard spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): chill touch, fire bolt, poison spray, shocking grasp
1st level (4 slots): burning hands, chromatic orb, magic missile, thunderwave
2nd level (3 slots): alter self, cloud of daggers

Multiattack. The cultist makes two attacks with its scimitar and casts a cantrip.

Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.

Sinister Sleepwalking. The cultist afflicts one creature it has seen within 24 hours before with sinister sleepwalking.

Further Enlightened (2/Day). If the cultist is affected by a spell that requires a saving throw, it gains advantage on the saving throw.

When a minor cultist of the Lidless Eye has enough experience, or an avatar of the Lidless Eye deems him worthy, the cultist is "promoted" to greater cultist of the Lidless Eye, as to serve the Lidless Eye better. Taught some magics and the curse of the Lidless Eye, the greater cultist is also taught how to sacrifice lesser forsaken of the Lidless Eye.
