Creating a Grail Knight Of Souls[edit]


Quick Build

You can make a Grail Knight Of Souls quickly by following these suggestions. First, Strength should be your highest ability score, followed by Wisdom. Second, choose the Haunted One background. Third, choose Persuasion and Religion for your skills.

Class Features

As a Grail Knight Of Souls you gain the following class features.

Hit Points

Hit Dice: 1d6 per Grail Knight Of Souls level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 6 + Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d6 (or 4) + Constitution modifier per Grail Knight Of Souls level after 1st

Proficiencies

Armor: Heavy armor, medium armor, Shield
Weapons: Martial Weapons, Simple Weapons
Tools: None
Saving Throws: Strength, Wisdom
Skills: Choose two from Athletics, Intimidation, Performance, Religion, Persuasion, or History

Equipment

You start with the following equipment, in addition to the equipment granted by your background:

  • (a) A martial melee weapon and a shield or (b) Two martial melee weapons
  • (a) 5 javelins or (b) Heavy crossbow and 20 crossbow bolts
  • (a) Chain Mail or (b) Half Plate
  • (a) Priest's Pack or (b) Explorer's Pack
  • If you are using starting wealth, you have 5d4*10gp in funds.

Ability Score Improvement[edit]

When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.
