A giant wolf, the size of a bull, has razor-sharp fangs and long, robust claws in its deep paws. With eyes as sharp as the night, this majestic predator surveys its territory with a mixture of cunning and power. Its thick fur, a fusion of silver and black tones, gleams in the moonlight, revealing scars from past battles. Its howl echoes through the forest, a wild melody that resonates like a warning to any creature bold enough to cross its path. Moving with surprising agility for her grandeur, the wolf reigns as mystical guardian of nature, a legendary being who inspires awe and respect in those who dare witness her wild majesty. Giant wolves are rare and generally solitary beasts. However, there are records of giant wolves forming packs to hunt huge prey such as mammoths.

Origin. The frost giants claim that giant wolves are a creation of Annam, the father of all giants, as a blessing to aid in their hunts. Others believe that these wolves are descendants of Fenrir, the legendary wolf son of Loki and the giantess Angrboda.

Domestication. Giant wolves are fierce and difficult to domesticate creatures. Frost giants often raise giant wolves as "hunting dogs". It is also not uncommon to see frost giant sleds being pulled by a pack of giant wolves crossing the frozen plains. Giant wolves can also be used as mounts for those fearless people who live in the wilderness, but need a large amount of food, or they can attack their owner.
